Location good but well over priced Room I paid for in advance not available I was supposed to be so happy they would supply a fold up bed instead of the queen bed paid for. When I asked for a refund I was told I would have to go through Expedia, highly impractical at 9:00pm after a 4500 mile journey. Still changed full price. Avoid this hotel.

Very convenient location, but hotel definitely needs some updating. Beds were lumpy, drain in the bathroom sink was rusty/dirty, outlets were in inconvenient locations.

Horrible hotel, stay somewhere else. I decided on Extended Stay for the conveneince of having a kitchenette during a lengthy stay. Location was great as my stay was due to my daughter having spinal surgery at Wolfsons Children’s Hospital 1/2 mile away. Carpets and floors were filthy, turned my feet black when I took my shoes off, even after I had just showered. Had to go to the front counter to get dishes for the kitchenette, and was given dirty dishes with dried food still stuck to them. Every night when I came back late fr... read more

Went in restroom, cockroaches running up the walls Seen better days, for the price would have stayed anywhere else in the area.... Not a good deal.

Really dirty room. Location was good. Continental breakfast was disappointing. Staff was great though. $6 parking fee for a nonpremium night was a excuse more money.

UNACCEPTABLE It was unacceptable. When going to the front desk to make them aware of the issues they suggested to check out. Nothing was fixed, leaking shower and sink and everything was dirty. Staff was rude and nonhelpful

Horrible stay Filthy and roaches. They charge 6.00 for parking in a wide open parking lot with no security.

Stolen cameras I stayed there for one night. It looks sketchy to begin with and I should’ve just left. The air conditioner was draining into the room. Very ghetto field to the place. And to top it off both my digital camera and my go Pro disappeared in the hours I left for dinner.
