Its in a good location . I did not like that the elevator was out of order. When I walked in my room, the room had a spoiled smell and the floor was wet. They have no ice machine. My room had roaches crawling. I will not be returning.

Our reservation was canceled by hitel due to there overlap in booking. The Elevator not working and they had no clean lining. Had to find another hotel. Management not on dury

Motel quality for hotel price The room smelled like cigarettes, the bed was lumpy and the first coffee maker I checked out was filled with mold. The staff was very friendly and helpful, but for the price I expected better. Breakfast is actually packages of oatmeal or grits that you add water to.

Over priced This hotel is old and not very clean. Their "free breakfast" consist of coffee and muffins, the kind sold at a gas station. They also claim to have "free parking" but they charge $6 per night. The location is great but we are never staying at this place again. It's over priced.

Friendly staff and cockroaches Absolutely worst hotel experience ever. I stayed there for four nights and the first night, I killed three cockroaches so I had my room changed. Even I changed the room, I killed cockroaches everyday. I would understand if I'm staying at third world country, but not when I'm paying over $100 a night. I tried to take shower, but somehow the water is slippery and didn't feel like I was taking a shower. For breakfast, you get oatmeal and some snack which is not acceptable as breakfast I think. Parking rip off I have stayed at Extended Stay all over Florida and have never been charged for parking my vehicle on their property. The Manager of this property has decided to put a surcharge for parking your vehicle. In my opinion this manager is trying to take advantage of the situation because you have to pay for the parking separate and then you pay for your room. A bit of a let down The room was not clean, there was a large red juice stain on the carpet which had obviously never attempted to be cleaned, the kitchenette drawers were disgusting, and I had to kill a cockroach. The beds were hard, with a large lump in the middle, leaving me with a stiff neck and sore back the following day. No coffee pot in the rooms.
