HOTEL CLOSE TO MY TRAVEL PLANS WHILE IN TOWN. HAD TO PAY TO PARK MY CAR WHICH I FELT WAS VERY UNWARRANTED FOR GUESTS.

It was just OK Got there an hour after check in time, room wasn't ready had to go with 2 very uncomfortable doubles instead of king room I reserved (not sure if those beds are uncomfortable too). There were no plates, silverware or pots/pans or dishrack in room, I had to go to front desk and get and carry up to room myself. Our room appeared clean but the whole floor smelled of smoke and all common areas looked like they had not been cleaned in a while. Think twice The hotel has a great location. Access to downtown and hospital area could not be better. That is the only great thing about it. This is the first time I had to pay $5.00 to park my car at the hotel parking lot. Additionally, you have to leave a $100 deposit if you book through Hotel.com. It is run down. All the interior is worn. My refrigerator looked like somebody worked off his frustration hitting it with a hammer and somebody else tried to cover it up with spray paint... only not the right color. Expensive for extremely low quality room. When we arrived, the front desk said we have to pay a $100 deposit in addition to the nightly rate of $102. Paying that much for one night was bad, but then the room was of very poor quality. The furnitures were very old and falling apart. The refrigerator and microwave were also very old. Never again. Worst hotel experience ever Never again. I had to pay for parking although Hotel.com reservation mentioned parking was included. Receptionist kept pointing for a peace of paper saying parking to be payed posted on the front desk. Very unfriendly, never had so unfriendly staff in my life. Say that has Breakfast included. Forget it. Worst breakfast ever. Served on the lobby. Basically some very bad coffee and industry muffins. Complete wast of my money. Thank god was just one night

Don't stay there! The smell at this hotel was really overpowering. One can't get away from it either in hallways or in the room. There are very strange characters (mildly put) wandering around the place, both inside and outside the hotel. Lots of yelling and quarreling though the night.

Convenient but not worth the hassle The hotel charges 5 dollars to park and another 100 deposit if booked through a 323rd party. The hotel was noisy and the room was smelly and the bed was uncomfortable.
