I did have an issue of over charge while on my check in process but Dominick took care of it and I received all proper credits back in a timely manner. he was very detailed. The Staff is amazing!

The staff was absolutely fantastic. They were warm, friendly and made us feel welcomed.
The property was close to my venue, I didn’t like that the front desk staff wasn’t there at night or early in the morning to check up.

Good and Other We had a nice check in experience and the bed was clean! We were only there for 1 night as we were going to a concert downtown. Now for the other: The dressers in our room were old and chipped. The tv was also very low. The bathroom door had been smashed up against the wall that there was a hole. You had to order a coffee machine separately (which cost), along with all other housewares, which was not convenient. The vanity was really small, didn't hold all of our toiletries.
