Hope they can go to the airport now It is a new hotel very close to the airport. So now they didnot have a permit to come pick me up at the airport. I had to carry my bags across the street in a driving rain because of it. Other than that a nice place.

Nice - close to airport Clean, comfortable, walking distance to airport. Check the shuttle service though. It is limited and not available to early ferry service. You will have to call a taxi and these are very sporadic and not dependable in Juneau. I recently almost missed the ferry due to no shuttle service and taxi not showing up. Continental breakfast is very limited - packaged muffins and coffee with CoffeeMate. Would like to have seen something fresh like fruit or juice or even a hard boiled egg. Clean, comfortable. This hotel has recently seen a major renovation and is clean and pleasant. Rooms are "roomy", clean with nice beds. Be warned - rooms are empty so you will have to stop at the desk to get a coffee pot, dishes, silverware, etc. Quiet and convenient, except for shuttle and taxi services. The shuttle runs at different times, but not early morning for ferry dockings, so you will be required to call a taxi. But....taxi services (even though one company is recommended by the hotel) are sporadic and undependable... read more

Convenient and clean They were replacing the flooring in the main area. When you walked in it looked like a scene out of Dexter and every time you came and went through the front doors you had to walk right over the construction workers. Seems like a little warning to guests might have been in order. Normally, this hotel is pretty okay for staying a night or two in Juneau.

Next to the airport We rented this room for a three-hour layover to get some sleep in between planes.

great for pet owners Stayed because we were allowed to have pets (cats). Staff were excellent, room had some dust and cobwebs.

Convenient to the airport, but never going back. I would not stay here again. When I arrived late in the evening, my toilet had urine drips on the seat, the floor had urine splatters. Of course then I'm questioning the cleanliness of the rest of the room. I cleaned it up and the next morning purchased Lysol wipes and cleaned every surface in the room. Mixed The hotel has a great location and the staff was super friendly. The hotel was within walking distance of the airport, several restaurants, and a wetlands refuge area with trails. I liked the fact there were 3 washers and 4 dryers on the premises - that made doing laundry quick. The cleanliness of the room was pretty bad - the kitchen sink had some leftover food shreds in it.
