Convenient to the airport, but never going back. I would not stay here again. When I arrived late in the evening, my toilet had urine drips on the seat, the floor had urine splatters. Of course then I'm questioning the cleanliness of the rest of the room. I cleaned it up and the next morning purchased Lysol wipes and cleaned every surface in the room. The bed was wicked uncomfortable, and the bedding though clean was cheap. Unfortunately, the town was full for the state championships so rooms were unavailable. The halls smel... read more

Mixed The hotel has a great location and the staff was super friendly. The hotel was within walking distance of the airport, several restaurants, and a wetlands refuge area with trails. I liked the fact there were 3 washers and 4 dryers on the premises - that made doing laundry quick. The cleanliness of the room was pretty bad - the kitchen sink had some leftover food shreds in it. The bottom of the bath tub didn't look like it had been cleaned in ages, the shower curtain had pink mildew all around the bottom. The floor was... read more

Convenient, affordable, accommodating. Literally across the street from the airport, you can't get more convenient than that. Plus they run a free shuttle to and from the ferry terminal. Since that was part of my itinerary to Haines, it was accommodating. Friendly, helpful staff. I will definitely stay there again.

空港そばの快適で安心なホテル 日曜になると空港行きの市バス本数が減るので、飛行機移動の前日に1泊利用しました。 清潔で冷蔵庫とwifiと風呂があり、空港が見える距離(歩いて2、3分)。フロントでも早めチェックインに対応してもらい好印象でした。 マイナスを挙げると、シリアルバーとマフィンだけの朝食と、他の客の騒音が少し気になったぐらい。

Close to airport! Upon my arrival to the Juneau Airport, I was very happy to see that the hotel was across the street! I was thankful to simply walk across the street to the hotel. I immediately booked my return trip hotel stay at the Extended Stay America, as my return trip was by ferry at 10 p.m. and my flight was at 5 a.m. The hotel location just made it easy to get a little sleep and go.
