The worst hotel experience I ever had It was the worst hotel in which I stayed, The toilet has poo and pipi, when we told the receptionist to clean she said it was not posible, she moved us to another room, then we we used the toilet it was not working, no running watter in the toilet, then,we report it to the receptionist, and she said there was nothing to do, they were oversold, and that there was no more room available, she gave us the oportunity to change to another hotel, but it was too late almost midnight, so we decid... read more

When we. He led in we booked a 5AM shuttle to the airport. The next morning when we came to take it, they said it didn't run on Sunday. Needless to say, we had to scramble in -4 degree weather and snow to get to the airport.

Cheap, simple but poor handle on the snow/ice Ran out of "do not disturb sign". Did not shoveled or salted the parking lot or sidewalks. To-go breakfast as horrible, no lids for coffee cups. Room was comfortable and clean. Good water pressure and soft water.

Toilet wasn't working in the room, plus there was a lot of long term noisy construction workers staying there. The girl at front desk was nice and moved us to a quiet room at the end of a different floor.

Hotel linens The hotel sheets and wash cloths had pubic hairs on them! Not good at all!

Good in a pinch as long as you don't expect servic The room itself was nice. Had kitchenette and a comfortable bed. Being was clean but there was hair in the shower (ick) and a sticky spot on the floor in front of the fridge. We used their extended parking option and the shuttle service. Their shuttle service drivers were wonderful and the parking well lit and safe. Front office customer service was lacking on the return stay (answered the phone "Hello" and we're not helpful when trying to contact the shuttle. We waited for ... read more

Only good for a one night stay Room temperature was off, bed wasn't that comfortable..
