The service at the front desk was horrible, the front desk area smelled like marijuana and when I mentioned it to the front desk clerk she simply just laughed. I called from my room for extra pillows and the front desk made me come down to get them. The hallways were torn apart.

Loud and cheesy The hotel was loud, the room had a funny chemical smell and the towels were thin and barely dried you. The hotel staff was nice. Will never stay in extended stay America again

Not even body lotion is provided, bed was not comfortable

The bed was super uncomfortable and the blankets were dirty

Crappy place The building was non smoking but the whole place smelled like an ash tray. The staff was rude and un helpful. They were suppose to have a shuttle to take us to the airport we waited 15min after they were suppose to be there. Finally I just went back inside and got my money back for the parking and the shuttle and drove to the airport and parked there. The best thing for them to do with this hotel is close it down. I should have stopped payment on the room it was that bad.

Close to airport, good price, but not clean Great price and you get what you pay for. Pulled back sheets to find stains and hair on mattress pad. Pillows stained. Curtain falling off window.

Think again! The internet is awful. Very slow. In this day and age, trying to sell you an upgrade to a faster experience is not a good business decision. There are too many other hotel choices that offer excellent and faster service. I will go elsewhere next time. Also, for two of the 5 days I was there, there was no hot water for a shower.

Never again! The only positive is the desk staff - very pleasant and helpful. The bedspread smelled of horrible body odors - had to be removed before any sleep could be attempted. The tabletop eating/working surface was literally rimmed with a disgusting crust of human filth that made the table unusable. The filthy conditions made me limit my sitting to the bedside or office chair. The breakfast was a complete joke - granola bars, coffee, small packaged muffins.

Dump First room was unmade, bed had been slept in! 2nd room, debris on the floor. 3am party in room next door. Not pleasant
