2nd stay this one bad

Don't book if you have an early am flight No employee to check me in. 20 minutes before someone showed up to check me in. I had a 5:30 flight the next morning so I was extremely specific that I needed the 5:00 am shuttle to airport. Also asked for a 4:00 am wake up call. Did not get the wake up call and no shuttle. I downloaded uber on my phone and barely made it to airport in time for my flight.

Avoid At check in I stood there for 10 min while the lady at the desk tried to explain the bill to a guy who seamed to be living there. Then I was given a key to a room. When I entered the bed was unmade lights where on and it looked occupied so I backed out and went to the front desk. She said sorry and gave me a key for a room on the 2nd floor. Same situation lights on bed unmade cups and plates on the counter. Back to the front another key and this time the room was clean and bed was made but floor was sticky in the kitch... read more

Wish I would have shopped around more. Advertised continental breakfast, sadly was a grab and go with no tables for sitting. Had to go exchange your own towels etc. Had to ask for the "supplied" kitchen utensils. Overall the front desk was very helpful and friendly that would be my only reason for returning.

No one at front desk, no ice, no light, no outlets Arrived from airport at 10:40 p.m. Lobby hours state open to 11:00 p.m. A man and his son were at the counter. Waited five minutes, no one appeared, so I asked him if he was waiting on someone. He said he hadn't seen anyone and had been standing there 15 minutes. I walked around looking for someone to no avail. Three sets of personal hotel keys were on the counter, and a cell phone. We were concerned something had happened. Should have expected it for $50 Found a big roach in the shower the shower floor felt gritty and dirty. Nothing ball like scent. Hotel staff seemed very young and unprofessional and Not very knowledgeable of hotel.
