It was difficult to find the hotel. I didn't get to check in until 3 a.m. and was charged for the night anyway. I spoke with a gentleman on the phone and he could not help me find the hotel. It was not in a very well lit area.

Over booked We reserved a room drove an hour to get only to hear they over booked and had no rooms available for that price only room they had left was $50 more. It was almost 1 am and they would not cut us a deal the desk clerk was rude and we will never try to stay there again .

Had bugs in the room Had roaches in the room, didn't change my room or gave me my money back

Dirty Room was very dirty upon arrival. There was toothpaste in the sink from the previous occupant, crumbs and unknown particles on the chairs. But the worst of it was, after check in I left and did not get back to my room until evening. I pulled the sheets back and was disgusted to find hair throughout the sheets and to the foot of the bed dirt and black particles (looked like dead bugs) throughout. Close to airport but that is about all. From the moment I drove in it was unsightly and seemed not kept up and frankly a little unsafe. As I drove around the building it had bent screens on the bottom floor as if someone had tried to break in. Check in was fine but the area was dirty and then to a room that needed carpet badly and a bed that had other human body hair on the "Clean" white sheets. Most horrible stay at a hotel ever Dirty...simply dirty bed and pillows were horrible, A/c was so loud you could not sleep...

Dissatisfied customer I did not stay there. When I arrived at the front desk which unattractive and sparse, there was no one there. I waited for several minutes before the unfriendly receptionist showed up. She said that she was killing a spider in a guest room. She then turned her attention to a housekeeper who was asking for bath linens. The open door behind her was open, where I could see a half-eaten hamburger and soda sitting on the cluttered table.
