DO NOT ATTEMPT LATE CHECK-IN Reserved and paid for room. Due to airline delays attempted late check-in. Was refused room due "an audit being run". No attempt to assist. Just informed nothing they could do for us. Had to find another hotel, for higher price, in early morning hours. Attempted to obtain refund and was refused until I went through corporate. Nothing on reservation indicated that late check-in would not be accepted.

Bath tub had hair stuck in the drain. Mattress was very soft and lumpy. The people over us on the 3rd floor was very loud and noisy. I had to call the front desk to complain about the noise. Their kids were very bad and running around. I was exhausted, I had just drove all the way from Chicago to spend Thanksgiving with my little sister and her family. The technology went down and caused us to wait even longer for us to be checked in. It was alot after a long flight.
