I liked the kitchen Did not like that they never came to clean the room, I had to go down and ask for clean towels on the last day of my stay since we didn't get any plus they asked me to bring them down myself. Also at check out before I was able to go they told me to wait as they went up to check the room. Never have I experienced that at any of my previous travel stays in other hotels. I felt disrespected!

we were headed to the airport, convenient location
"Ben" at the front desk was excellent upon my arrival handling all of my concerns efficiently and Very professionally. He's the best! The HVAC worked flawlessly, the room was clean & bright. The morning staff were superb. Excellent choice & economical for my needs. It is as good as Crown Center Sheraton in service and care of the facilities.
