Our room looked like it hadn’t be updated in 30 years. I had to wipe down all surfaces because there were crumbs and spilled substances. All door handles throughout the hotel were GROSS and this was during the pandemic when things should be getting cleaned several times a day!

Surprise make shock you. Ny experience here was beautiful, if any complaints i would have is that when booking Any trip and traveling stay. Call the hotel before arriving to find out how much the deposit is for that hotel. For these sites do not mention anything of such and if you just go off the reservation the surprise will be having to also give the hotel a deposit before your able to check in regardless of the amount you've given the hotel site for the room.

Receptionist was nice and human which helped to connect with me easily. Expedia had my last name wrong and she easily figured it out and corrected. Otherwise, it’s a basic hotel with almost everything you’ll expect from a basic hotel room.
