It wasn't the cleanest hotel we've ever stayed in but it wasn't visibly filthy either. There were stripped out screws on most fixtures and door handles. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Paid for 5 rooms for 2 nights. One room AC was noisy. We were changed. Another room smelled like the rug was urinated on. Had to buy some spray. Daughter put up with it rather than complain. Faucet was plugged in bathroom. Rooms were small for am extended stay. .

Solo Front desk and staff were great! It was my shower it had no power and water flowed lightly. Also, my air conditioning unit didn’t work.

In comparison to the Boise, ID Extended Stay we stayed at back in October, this one was rather disappointing. Check in took a long time and the level of professionalism among staff was sub-par. Rather than talking to me, the customer, that it will be a few more minutes to check in the clerk spoke to her coworker and said "Ill let you check her in I gotta deal with this."
