Solo Front desk and staff were great! It was my shower it had no power and water flowed lightly. Also, my air conditioning unit didn’t work.
The lack of a do not disturb sign was not okay with me.
In comparison to the Boise, ID Extended Stay we stayed at back in October, this one was rather disappointing. Check in took a long time and the level of professionalism among staff was sub-par. Rather than talking to me, the customer, that it will be a few more minutes to check in the clerk spoke to her coworker and said "Ill let you check her in I gotta deal with this."
Great staff and very nice. And also you can grill by the pool
Thank you for tranportation and leaving car at hotel while gone.
Parking was always full and the front desk was always missing staff to help
Our original room we booked became unavailable. They did make up for it and gave us a 2nd room comp'd
