Our room smelled terrible. We’re guessing it was an odor from something someone cooked on a previous stay but not real sure. It made staying in the room difficult. We borrowed a bottle of Febreeze from the cleaning cart and sprayed everything in the room made of fabric but that only helped temporarily. The hotel didn’t have any extra rooms so we were stuck. Plaza stay Everything was fine except the check in took way too long. Only one person and 4 people waiting.

Very clean and smelled good in the rooms/halls. Friendly front desk service both the AM and PM we were there.

Could have been better. I payed for and had requested a king room. Upon check-in, after the price was confirmed, I was told no kings were left and got stuck in a room with only a queen size bed. Right off the bat I feel like a bait-and-switch victim. I wish I had been offered a discount. Something. Room was adequate otherwise. Nothing special. It badly smelled of cigarettes. The checkin took 30 mins despite only 2 ahead of me as there was 9nky one lady at front desk. The breakfast area is just the front desk and comprises ofn mini muffins and fronola bar which they keep locked in the cupboard. The bathroom fan never worked and never fixed for the stay. Entire hotel had a damp/moldy smell.

Spacious room that was clean. Noted a musty smell upon entering room and window was left open. We heard and felt the exit door 2 rooms dien ebery time it ooem and slammed shut. It literally shook the walls. It was quite after 10pm and rhe beds were comfy
