I liked the size of the rooms and all the furnishings. I also liked that the location was so close to the Plaza. The room could have been cleaner. This place seems to have local long term tenants, and some have outside guests that were not very inviting. Especially when you have one of those guest with a pit bull dog!

Underwhelming... Surprised that there was no hair dryer...sounds petty...but I never pack one as I have always found on in the hotel room.

Very great experience we were 👍 staff was nice. If I come back I would stay with them again. I just didn't know my way around the city to good.

Great location but not clean... Great location to Piwer and Light, Westport, and of course The Plaza. Customer service is below average. The toilet had urine running down front. Cockroach running around bathroom floor. Shower nozzle leaked.
