nice sleep very comfortable beds pillows ,clean room . but not a fan of the grab and go breakfast . muffins were bad
Nice hotel close to the art museum The hotel is close to art museum park and shopping district with nice restaurants and bars. The rooms are nice enough for short stay, I would wish better cleaning for a longer stay though. The kitchen was really nice, so everything one might need.

Great location, clean room The hotel is utilitarian, but comfortable and clean. No complaints. The staff with whom we interacted were lovely too.

The bed was so comfortable that I got a full night's sleep (which is rare for me)!

Great location I've stayed at this hotel a few times and love the location and free parking. Check-in is at 3p and we arrived st 6:45p, but our room wasn't clean. The woman at the front desk said another 30 minutes. We waited in the cold lobby (25 degrees outside). My mom has a bad knee and needed to sit but the chairs are near the door. After waiting almost an hour, I asked for a time update and reminded the check in time. The employee never once apologized for the wait and told me "that's the way of life." We arrived at the hotel at 5:30 PM and our room wasn't ready for almost an hour because it hadn't been cleaned yet. Continental breakfast was just granola bars and coffee nothinges as nice as breakfast at most hotels.
