Dirty floors in room. Trash everywhere in parking lot. Walls are paper thin and pets in rooms all around us. Person left the TV on all night so no sleep for us. One rickety chair in room. Pass this place over if you are booking in KC.
Roachy, Roach, Roach!!! Roooooooooaches!!! Left early because of it and my skin was irritated because of the room, ect. Water may be too hard or something idk.
The front desk rep was rude and the room was really dirty
Gross Dirty. Did not feel safe. And did I say dirty
I was given incorrect directions to my room by front desk so it took almost half an hour to find it. There are no room numbers on the front of buildings to locate room easier. I was charged a $200 deposit for a pet and was told the charge would be void upon checkout. The charge is still on my account 2 days after checkout. I called to ask about the charge and was told it takes 5 to 7 business days for it to fall off. Don't stay here; there's a reason the rates are so low.
