Very disappointed! This extended stay hotel is very run down. When I arrived front door was locked. This was first red flag. Did not say anything about not having grab and go breakfast or no coffee. Had to sign a no refund if had to leave early. Towels were very small and shower hard to stand in for a person 70 years young. Had to go to office to get plates or any item for cooking or eating. There was someone in our room while we were gone and the staff said it wasn't them and there was nothing they can do about it. Good thing we took all our belongings with us. I will not stay there again

Well the surrounding property look just fine what isn't fine is that they kept $100 of mine and still haven't given it back that's what's not okok okay

Room was dirty, bed uncomfortable, property dirty and smells bad. No help around for extra towels. No coffee!!!

Our check in was supposed to be at 3. We arrived around 3:30, and our room wasn’t ready yet. She advised it would just be about 15 minutes so we waited. The room was still not ready at 4:30, so o asked for a refund so we could find another room somewhere else.

Noisy dog next door. Dirty floors. AC rattled all night and kept me up. Told the staff and they did not apologize or anything. They didn’t care.

Should get a refund We were rerouted to an Extended Stay in Missouri. The Missouri one was terrible. Everything was dirty, Everything! Carpet everywhere was stained. Walls were damaged. In the room there was a wad of hair and dirt in the kitchen sink. We found pieces of chips under the sheets in the bed. The room was so dirty we wouldn't even open our suitcase in there.

There was trash everywhere outside of property. Cigarettes and beer cans lined the building near room entrances. The inside of my room there was trash, dead bugs, various spills on the floor that made it sticky everywhere, and tub faucet was broken. Barely any hot water anyways. I spoke to the front desk. She told me she couldn’t switch the room but would make sure to have it cleaned as we were heading out for dinner. We arrive back and no cleaning was done, no one touched the room.
