The property was not clean. We were approached by two dogs off their leashes, there was blood on the back door, and what we chose to believe was chocolate on the kitchen floor. Every surface was sticky and dirty. We quickly left, was told we would be issued a full refund, still waiting on that, and we never looked back.

The maintenance person and the front counter clerk were not very professional. The maintenance person continuously was cursing to the point the clerk had to ask him to stop because we were standing there. The clerk was friendly, but not very professional. It was extremely noisy and I would strongly suggest staying somewhere else.

Shower broken wall dirty furniture looked filthy

Very disappointed! This extended stay hotel is very run down. When I arrived front door was locked. This was first red flag. Did not say anything about not having grab and go breakfast or no coffee. Had to sign a no refund if had to leave early. Towels were very small and shower hard to stand in for a person 70 years young. Had to go to office to get plates or any item for cooking or eating. I know that we are in a CoVid time but still let people know what they are not receiving. Over priced for what you received. Wish I boo... read more

There was someone in our room while we were gone and the staff said it wasn't them and there was nothing they can do about it. Good thing we took all our belongings with us. I will not stay there again

Well the surrounding property look just fine what isn't fine is that they kept $100 of mine and still haven't given it back that's what's not okok okay

Room was dirty, bed uncomfortable, property dirty and smells bad. No help around for extra towels. No coffee!!!

Our check in was supposed to be at 3. We arrived around 3:30, and our room wasn’t ready yet. She advised it would just be about 15 minutes so we waited. The room was still not ready at 4:30, so o asked for a refund so we could find another room somewhere else.
