Hotel was fine. Hotels.com messed up The stay was fine. The overall rating is due to hotels.com booking me in the wrong hotel 30 min away in another state. The hotel itself was great and I made the best of it, but hotels.com UI website is so confusing that it allowed me to select a room at another location AFTER I chose the hotel I wanted.
