Great location for my visit near Overland Park. Price was right. Generally well kept property with modest need for updates. That last comment should not be construed to mean I was displeased, just a candid observation. I generally avoid hotels preferring bed and breakfast experiences, but would stay here again.

Stayed 2 nights. Our room had been renovated so new fixtures, very clean and comfortable. It’s Extended stay rooms with kitchenette so bare amenities but they will loan you cookware to use. Facility had a common outdoor area for for smoking for our building that was maintained and quiet. Front desk clerk wasn’t the friendliest and no one at desk for checkout if you had questions. Would stay there again
Room was updated and nicer than most but it was not clean. Clumps of hair on the floors and in the sink. The room smelled like smoke when I first got there. This was the noisiest hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The tv in the room next to mine was on loud and never shut off the whole time I was there.

The issue we had was that there was an additional 100 deposit that we were not made aware of prior to check in. We had already paid for the room and had not expected to pay 100 additional to the room. This kind of expense would have been nice to know upfront.

The outside of the building grounds and hotel flooring were really dirty; cigarette butts everywhere. Table tops in room were not clean.

Location was great for east access to interstates 35/435/635. Would’ve like to have a coffee maker in the kitchenette
