Gentleman at the reception was welcoming
Selected motel based on price and location. Once we arrived late in evening we found the property was next to I-435. Unfortunately our room faced towards that 6 lanes of traffic. Room appeared clean. Bed was rather old and broken down. Parking was readily available and illuminated nicely.

Overall the property was OK, however my biggest issue with the property was the shower. It didn't have enough hot water and if you showered, it was cold to barely warm.

We stayed here while visiting family. Room was updated, clean and roomy. The kitchen appliances were clean.
