Mouse P..P Terrible service. Room smelled like urine. Found chicken nuggets, crackers, and MOUSE DROPPINGS in the couch. Didn't stay...left before the bed bugs bit.

Charged twice for my stay. Charged me for my prepaid room even tho they said that was not going to happen. The guy working was taking in circles. I paid twice for my stay. I hope hotels.com will fix it.

None of the lamps had light bulbs. Hair dryer didn’t work. Elevator was out of service so we had to use the stairs and we were on the top floor. breakfasts was described as continental. It consisted of coffee, granola bars and n muffins. I don’t drink coffee. very disappointed

This was not the hotel they actually overbooked and had to send me else where. I was an 8 hr. Out of towner and I didn't know the area in which i sent to. The new location not that great. I had my child/athlete and we got sick because of all the smoke. We are not use to all the smoke but left immediately that day because i along with my family got sick. Luckly i had a relative that lived in the area that i could stay with. Staff was good and nice but if you have any kids not the best place to stay.

Rooms are out dated,tried to do a weekend getaway for my wife and me,but got to the room late on friday night the room smelled and was infested with ants coming out of the ac vent and crawling all over bed.Had to wait in line forever just to get our money refunded and couldnt find another hotel that late so had to stay with friends.Our weekend was ruined,will never stay at a extended stay america again...

The sink was clogged the entire stay even when it was reported before 3 on Friday. The staff was zero help and blamed the other employees. Received an emIl apologizing for the inconvenience and to stop by the front desk to see how it could be resolved. The front desk was no help and just made it worse. Serious staffing issues.

What I didn’t like is that my room wasn’t ready at my arrival time of 9:00 pm, we were told that there was continental breakfast but it was not. I was denied dishes which is why I wanted a room with a kitchen. I had to go out to Walmart to purchase cookware. While using the stove the kitchen lights kept flickering
