No dan la Bienvenida, huele mal, y fuman casi en la entrada y uno llega con niños

Everything was great besides needing the fold out bed and the mattress was stained and disgusting. There was also hairs and unrelenting filth in the drawers of the dressers. Attention to detail on cleaning at an "extended stay" is much needed at this facility. Other than that the staff is great.

Reserve una suite, donde supuestamente en la foto tenia puerta para dividir la recamara de la sala. Y me dieron un estudio. Y cuando fui a preguntar me salen que solo tienen 9 y todos estan ocupados. Porque cuando hice la reservacion no me dijeron que no habia disponible. Porque una cosa es una suite y otra un estudio a parte de claro el precio es diferente. Y tampoco me regresaron la diferencia. Aprendizaje.. No vulevo a reservar en este lugar.. nuncaa

Certainly don't pay full price! Internet was out during check-in and it caused us a major delay. We missed an hour of our concert that we went to attend. There was nothing we could do to avoid it. The hotel had several vagrants looming outside. Alcohol was split all over the outside tables. The room wasn't horrible but was clearly way outdated. Breakfast was a fiber bars. Yes that was the only option available. Absolute joke.

No respect or protection to guests There was hair in the sink and hair in the bath tub. It was not clean. The toilet under the rim was horrific. The mirror was dirty. They obviously didn't clean the bathroom or sink area at all The front ask just said sorry. Be prepared to pay a $100 deposit that is even more than the room costs. And assign a ton of documents.

Horrible Horrible this hotel is not clean at all and has a very musty smell, Bad patch job on bathroom door, bugs coming from shower drain, towels looked grey and not white. Will never stay here again and would never recommend
