Gross and vastly overrated and overpriced. Our reserved room was not usable. (Toilet was clogged before we arrived - Had to try to clear it ourselves, as well as go and retrieve bedding for the paid third person to use the sofa bed). Gave up after ten minutes of plunging and asked for a new room… Second (‘replacement’) room was a step down to an undivided room - with a dead microwave, rusty and bent shower curtain rod and chairs that were obviously soiled (yuk).. had to go retrieve mattress protector/pad for sofa. Our room was filthy...numerous big spots pn carpet and the phone was visibly dirty. Our had an obnoxious smell that was similar to a mixture of mildew and some chemical--I could barely stand it .. website indicated housekeeping on request but when i asked about i was met with a cold stare and an explanation that was no explanation. And dont get me started about the breakfast that was to be included...the worst excuse for a breakfast i have ever seen. I will never stay in this chain again.

Staff was unfriendly and the rooms had no kitchenware or hangers. Housekeeping never came by once during my stay

Choose a different hotel The room is in desperate need of updating. The sofa had burn holes. The chairs were filthy..there were ants in the room.

Half of the staff was very rude. Our room was completely filthy and had a horrible smell upon entering. The desk staff to try to accommodate and get rid of the smell. The hotel is a giant apartment complex.

Go somewhere else. Hair in the sink and on the mirror. Dirty toilet. Run down room. Nasty unkept ac unit.

Room was okay. But not being told about the 100$ deposit until check in was very disappointing. Will not stay there again
