Moisr carpet Front desk was good. Lobby clean. Stairs were dirty. Bed and sheet was clean. Room smelled awkward. Carpet was moist Shower was decent/ tub was cracked and the shower drain was very slow.

Clean but lacks. The receptionist had family members hanging around front desk and there seemed to be confusion with what to do. Staff did not seem prepared or trained, gave us a double bed instead of queen and we had to pay for an upgrade. Unbelievable how they separated coffee, paid items, and little prepare food for breakfast into three rooms. The hotel seemed in good shape but beyond that I would not recommend. It is clean but not on pare with other hotels of its rate structure.

The coffee service was available all day, but they took the condiments and cups down at 10:30am. The beds WERE TERRIBLE. Old and need replaced. They did not provide linen service other than you requesting a trash bag to bring down your dirties and then they would give you one towel per person. Could definitely be better. Property has great potential. Excellent location, friendly staff the property just needs some attention

Somewhere when you are booking a room when you go to confirm it should tell you that there is a $100.00 deposit instead of it being in small type

Nice staff terrible room The room was not clean, bed was broke, shower curtain was broke, there was no mat or anything on the tub floor that cause my daughter to fall. The air conditioner in the bedroom was broken there were hardly any accessible outlets. Staff was very friendly but the rest of the experience was garbage

For the price.. you could find something nicer The place being outdated would be an understatement. The service were great but the condition of the room were a bit disappointing. For the price per night, a person can find a nice4 hotel over-all
