Staff is great. Tub didn't hold water, no water pressure, only coffee was before 9am. Terrible snack "breakfast" selection. It's all processed foods. Very minimal everything. And the refrigerator didn't stop humming the entire time.
We had no issues with our stay and would be willing to stay there again. It was fairly quiet while we were there.
Did not realize there would be a pet fee for my chiweenie

Best hotel of my staying of 2024 Since I arrived there, the front desk has been friendly (since my arrival until my check out), when I asked questions they answered and made suggestions( I wanted to eat something and they recommended Whataburger) or activities, and when I needed something they provided. I would go again when I go to Kansas City
This hotel is in an ideal location. I was visiting Mom and she's lived here for years. She's picky so that's saying a lot.
