A number of things in the room Did not work or they were incomplete. The tub faucet leaked the entire time we were there.
The room was clean. The layout picture for the room wasn't accurate. No sofa, and no separate room for the kitchenette. The cooking articles weren't available as advertised. No coffeemaker or toaster available as advertised. The TV was internet based, but our wifi was so poor that the TV paused and glitched every few seconds. Several plumbing fixtures were broken. We will not be staying with this company ever again.

Rust evrywheree There was rust in the bathtube. There was rust on the microwave. I am glad I brought my own sheets because theirs had bleach stains and looked dirty.

This facility was all that was available where we needed to be. It is not a typical hotel. It is very very basic, i.e. no in-room coffee; no cups for water. I guess it's meant for folks to live in more long term and renters have to bring their own stuff. Not what I was looking for. And the coffee machine at the entrance was out of order the first night! Not a good experience!

Kitchen not equipped. Battery very low on tv. Blinds on windows, but no curtains. So lights from outside kept room lit up. Only muffins and snack bars for breakfast. The staff was friendly and if we asked for something they got for us. Of course we had to go after it.

I was seriously disappointed. Not only was the phone in my room not working - the cord was actually cut. I reported the issue on my first night and nothing was done. While I can deal with outdated furnishings, the drawers in the dresser fell apart when opening them. The kitchenette was also dated and about to fall apart. Also, there is no dishwasher and dishes/pots & pans must be requested from the front desk.
