Okay to stay for the value/Clean rooms. The stay was great once we got the correct room.

The room was not as clean as I would have liked. I cleaned the bathtub which was not clean. Hair in the tub.
The room was not accessible. The bath had a normal bathtub, the bed was pushed up against the wall, the only place to sit was a tall barstool. The room did not have space for a wheelchair. I returned to the front desk and was told that was all they had (even if I would upgrade!). The clerk could not help me with a refund and said it was Expedia's issue. Expedia is saying the hotel is at fault.

We were unable to stay at the hotel due to the hotel overbooking their reservations. Upon arrival, we were informed that no rooms were available for us, and despite the situation being out of our control, we were told that our payment could not be refunded.
