Front desk staff were friendly and helpful, and free wifi worked well. Room and hallways were dirty and smelled- stained walls, stained carpet, very outdated. There were people just sitting outside loitering that just seemed odd.

Not a great stay Our toilet broke in the middle of the night and flooded the bathroom, the air conditioner made loud noises through the night and our bathroom light was blinking. They are pet friendly, so that is a plus and front desk staff was helpful.

The place has gone down hill since the last time I stayed there 5/6 years ago. The kitchen had nothing but an ice tray in the freezer. It has a kitchenette but no silverware or cups or pots and pans! Nothing! There’s no ice machine in the building period! There was a sock and hair in the nightstand! A pile of change in the desk drawer! The bathroom had a half a roll of toilet paper! Drawers in the bathroom and kitchen hanging and coming off the hinges! I’ll probably never stay there again!

Disappointed Disgusting. The room hadn't been cleaned at all. The shower had hair and shampoo literally on the walls and in the tub. I had to clean it myself. The counter top had food dried/crusted all over it. Also had to clean that. The sheets and towels looked like they had been used then refolded with the exception of one of the bath towels. It was actually unbelievable.

Terrible internet, no ice machine in the entire place. Hallway is like a dungeon. Hallway and suite smell of stale food. Would never stay here again
