Kitchen not equipped. Battery very low on tv. Blinds on windows, but no curtains. So lights from outside kept room lit up. Only muffins and snack bars for breakfast. The staff was friendly and if we asked for something they got for us. Of course we had to go after it.

I was seriously disappointed. Not only was the phone in my room not working - the cord was actually cut. I reported the issue on my first night and nothing was done. While I can deal with outdated furnishings, the drawers in the dresser fell apart when opening them. The kitchenette was also dated and about to fall apart. Also, there is no dishwasher and dishes/pots & pans must be requested from the front desk.

Unfortunately the room was really dirty. They didn't have housekeeping.

Dirty, stained towels, stained sheets. Found cockroachs around the kitchenette. Would not recommend staying at this location.

I booked the room for 2 nights but only stayed one night due to the condition of the room. Upon check in I opened the refrigerator door and there was a thick and foul smell. I opened the freezer door and it was obvious that the unit was not running for quite some time. Then, I went to the front desk to alert Staff and her immediate response was "we don't have any other rooms." I was furious.
