My bathroom was dirty it smells like was an nursing home I got sick because it smelled like a dirty nursing home it never any staff anywhere when you need them I really want my money back from that hotel they need to shut that hotel down immediately

I didn't like the raised platform bed. We stubbed our toes several times. There was not an ice machine. There wasn't a grab bar in the bathtub for our handicapped family member. Itnwas supposed to be quiet time after a certain time and we were kept awake most of the night by slamming doors. There was very poor lighting in the back patking area. Coffee never came out hot from the machine.

Wouldn’t give towels no house keeping unless you stayed 7 days

Disappointed Room smelled like a damp odor. The television in the room 314 would not hold a channel. Advertising said breakfast not grab and go bars and muffins. The bed was like sleeping on the floor and the 3 pillows put together on the queen bed almost made up as one pillow to hold up my head. The tub has rust that could be cleaned off.
