You get what you pay for. It took over 20 minutes to get checked in. They were booked solid and had only one clerk to check guests in, answer phones, etc. The cleaning staff couldn't keep up so she had to physically walk out to a room to see if it was ready. Our room was fairly clean, dingy towels and water damage under the sinks. It missing an ironing board and shower curtain. The breakfast was "grab and go". This was clearly more of an unfurnished apartment. There were 2 of us. There was a stove top and a microwave. A full refrigerator. 2 ice cube trays. one plastic glass. 1 washrag. 2 towels. No cleaning service. No cooking utensils. No cups. No glasses. It was just not what we wanted. No extra blanket. No ashtrays and a smoking room. It had lots of old things. Cigarette burns on the counters. Holes in the carpet. Clean but not in real good repair. No ice machine. Air conditioner was either hot or icy cold.

Do not stay Old hotel and no extras. Had no blow dryer no extra pillows no ice maker. Good location though

Not staying here again Understaffed, so had to wait over 30 minutes to check in while desk person handled phone calls instead. Every time we left the room, when we returned our key cards wouldn't work and had to be recoded. The bathroom had clearly visible mold and mildew. We did not expect a fancy hotel at a bargain price, but we have stayed in cheaper places with lower posted ratings and been better pleased.

Mistake This hotel was booked for a business overnight stay of 1 night. I requested/booked a non-smoking room and was told the only room available was a smoking room. I walked in and it was unbelievably horrible. There was water all over the floor and the room was nasty and smelled terrible. I immediately walked out and booked a hotel elsewhere.

Dirty, unkept, terrible service It took us being given 4 different rooms at 2 different hotels (same chain) and a total of 2 hours to get checked into a room that was still unsatisfactory and the bathroom was disgustingly dirty. We will never stay at extended stay again. Or use expedia to book through because of the hassle of getting reservations changed at a moments notice. We expect to be reimbursed for our experience.

The worst This place was filthy. I checked into a room that had a bathroom that was not clean. There was hair from where a man had shaved earlier in the day all over the sink. The comforter had hair embedded in the fabric and dirty spots all over it. I complained and the front counter girl said that they had no clean rooms. She then sent me to another extended stay who then forced me to purchase the room at 90 dollars. It was the most ridiculous situation. Worn Out! Room had heavy smoke odor. Overall cleanliness poor. There was an empty beer can and water bottle under the bed. Staff was indifferent.

I wouldn't recommend it This hotel seemed nice from the outside, and I got it for a pretty good deal. When I booked the hotel I was looking for a place that had 24 hour service since I'd be checking in at 3am. The lady I booked with said my early arrival would be no problem, and that she'd leave a notice to inform the staff of my early/late arrival. However when I got to the hotel the lobby was locked with no one inside. I had to call an automated system, and wait 30 minutes for someone to arrive. As soon as I stepped in the... read more
