Nightmare It was terrible... -asked a remote For tv, they told me in 5 min. They never came. -black hair in the shower (everywhere) -dirty tables and sink -all night was a noise in the pipeline. -No breakfast as they promise. I was early 8am I didnt rest, it was my bad experience.

Terrible service and very dirty This hotel was extremely disorganized; they had no idea which rooms were clean and the rooms that were supposed to be clean were still pretty dirty. When I got there, someone else had told them that their room was used and dirty, so the hotel gave them the last double bed room, which I was supposed to get. They transferred me to another room and that had all the sheets pulled up and was dirty. After I told them that, they transferred me to another room. Wouldn't recommend Arrived at 6:00 pm waited in the lobby for 20 minutes because no one was at the counter. Had trouble finding my room once I got checked in. I returned to get assistance from the front desk and again no one was there. Once I finally find my room there was garbage bags line up in front of the entrance and it inside the room smelled like smoke and wet carpet. Overall I wasn't happy and wouldn't recommend or return.

Never Again! There were 6 squares of toilet tissue on the roll and not another roll!!!!! Tiles in shower about to fall off the wall. Lights on the wall between the beds did not work. Light on dresser did not work. One burner on a 2-burner cooktop was completely missing. Building exterior rusted and horrid with trash overflowing in trash container outside my room.

We traveled to KC for a soccer tournament and we weren't able to get to our hotel until late. We had to use a phone outside the facility to contact the staff to check us in and he stated it would take about 15 minutes for him to get there. 2 out of 4 lights in the room did not work, this includes the main lighting. There was no shower curtain in the bathroom. Only 1 washcloth, about a half roll of toilet paper. Since this was an extended stay, there was a stove in the room that was missing the heating element.

Stay Away !!! This is the worst stay We have ever had. The room smelled of smoke and no wash cloths no drinking cups. the room had cooking stove and fridge but no utensils for eating or cooking. Asked about the smoke smell in non smoking room and was told they have no way to stop guest from smoking in the rooms. This seemed to be a party hotel with a lot of locals in and out of room all night long. We will never do this one again.

Consider hiring more than 3 employees, total. Got there, when they found out that I had prepaid, they insisted on getting a photocopy of both my drivers license and my credit card. I'll be lucky if I don't have my identity stolen by the end of the week. The furniture in the room was seriously falling apart. The counters (probably from 1982) were literally crumbling. Just okay When we checked in on Friday the clerk was very nice. Upon arriving in our room we noticed there was no coffee maker. In a kitchenette I would have thought there would have been one provided.(Good thing I never go to a motel without one in my car) We didn't do a thorough inspection at the time as we were in a hurry to get to the speedway.
