Scare I feel so scare when I was in this hotel

not worth the 63 dollars We arrived and found empty condoms in the bedside table drawer. The comforter on the bed had dirt or mud stains and there were ashes on the bottom of the bedside table in a non-smoking room. You cannot call the breakfast a breakfast, there is just a small table in the lobby with coffee (no juice or tea) and packaged cereal bars that are full of sugar and unhealthy. That should be classified as a breakfast snack on expedia's website and in advertising as calling it breakfast is FALSE ADVERTISING.

Not too much of an extended stay I booked online bc of the price of course and I guess u get what u pay for?!? So I check in and there's a lady complaining how here room smells like smoke and I ignore it.... Get my keys go to my "non smoking" room that smells of nasty old ashtray!!!! The room I was I. Unable to use reservation I arrived after normal office/lobby hours, but the attendant answered the courtesy phone promptly & checked me in. But he gave me keys that did not unlock the door to the room (252), and when I returned to the lobby door the delay in answering was too long for the cold outside. So dropped off the keys in their mail-drop and left. I rated the room because those responses were required. Of course, I have no idea what the inside of the room was like.
Chaos! Where to begin? We got there & the girl sent us to a dirty room. It had dirty dishes, towels, etc. all over the room. It looked like someone just got out of the bed. We went back down & the girl was completely clueless on what to do. We finally got a new "clean" room after standing out in the cold for 20 minutes. Dirty...do not go The bed was clearly used before given the creases and hair on the sheets. The bathroom was also unclean.

Pay the extra $20 This stay was very disappointing. It was about midnight when I arrived, and the room smelled like smoke (non-smoking room). The room was also in poor condition and did not have any amenities (no cups, no hairdryer). I would have asked for another room, but it was so late and I had an interview the next day. Even my suit lingered of smoke. Yuck. The traffic was also loud right outside the hotel (near the freeway).
Although a good deal for the location, we were quite disappointed with the state of disrepair of the bathroom sink, floor and walls. Upon entering the room the smell make it evident something had cooked in the room previously. The faucets had extensive calcium and grime deposits that needed to be cleaned. However the staff was quite warm and the service was excellent. Would consider staying again with the chain but not in this facility until major renovations are performed.
