Cheap is correct. Non-smoking room was definitely not. Had to switch rooms. Staff was polite when they were actually in the office. Bed was hard with stains and you could hear EVERYTHING through the walls.

Extended Stay hote. Shower appeared to have mold. Construction workers parked vehicles across several spots in front of my room, so I had to park around the corner. Carpet was water stained.

Ignore this one, try the one in Lenexa Showed up to check in at 3pm, the advertised check in time. We were informed our rooms weren't ready, but they would call us when they were. Three hours later, we hadn't heard anything, so stopped by. They said rooms were ready, checked us in...then informed us they had absolutely no kitchenware at all. (A large reason why we chose an extended stay.) Don't recommend Service was good but really old and shabby. Scary neighborhood.

Okay This motel is good for a quick stay. I wouldn't stay their very long it needs some updates. The counter in the bathroom had a burn in it. The cupboards were dirty on the inside. In the bathroom the tub had stains and rust on the title. It is located my the freeway so there is some noise if you are a light sleeper. The hotel services wasn't able to give us directions on how to get their or details on how far away things are.

not good at all Hotel was a bit run down. Pulled handle to get them the water on and handle came off. Had no cups refrigerator didn't work even had dirty sheets. Asked for my money back but said I had to complain to hotkes.com. after doing so a reimbursement was suppose to be made to my debit card but still not applied. Very disappointed with the property and customer service for hotels.com

Better Options Available I walked into the room and decided to go to a different hotel within 5 minutes. For the price, the hotel next door is better quality (cleanliness, breakfast, etc.)

cold It was cold heat didn't work

Poorly Managed This hotel is very poorly managed. We checked in at 10pm, only staff available was laundry attended that apparently lived in the motel. Linen on bed was stained. Bathroom had mold in tile. Battery in smoke detector kept chirping. Heat went out, outside temperature was subzero with wind chill. I asked for a refund because it was subpar motel.
