Priced just right ! Check in process was a breez. Rooms were comfortable. Additional bonus the rooms have kitchenettes.

It does the job. I just needed a place to stay the night. It did just what it should. The room was basic, but clean and everything functioned. The bed was nice, the pillows were ample, the heater worked, the water was hot, the towels were fluffy and clean. Note, there is no coffee included in the room, though a coffeemaker and be delivered upon request.

OK Only 2 minor issues. Missing TV remote which the office replaced, and a leaky kitchen facet which I reported, after I checked out.

My stay could have been a lot better, but... The room had a kitchen but nothing to cook or eat with. No maid came in make the bed or clean up. Breakfast was very limited. At night it was kind of noisy.

Good staff service...Horrible room conditions The area surrounding the hotel isn't bad but the hotel premises sure need to be clean. We arrived on a Friday evening and noticed the thrash bin outside our building entrance is overflowing and it is still full when we left on Saturday. Wish I Could Recommend I was in KC to visit my son on his spring break and was only at the hotel for a short time. The room was fairly clean and I liked the benefit of having a kitchen. But the service was less than great. I got to town and tried to check in around 1:30 pm I was told to come back later around 3-4 pm since the rooms weren't clean yet. KC Had to move rooms twice , First room not had not been cleaned or made up, next room had broken shower hose... Staff though was very helpful and corrected the situation.
Ok, but not the greatest Price was comparable to similar hotels in area. Although I regret not taking the nearby Hampton Inn for $10 more/night. Hotel starting to show its age. Nevertheless, it was clean. Stayed 2 nights and did not get cleaning service (and clean towels) after 1st night.
For price. Not bad. Decent room, mini kitchen. Comfortable for price. As for employees a bit rough. 1St room for hadn't been cleaned. 2Nd room legs didn't work. 3Rd time worked like a charm. Fee burned out light bulbs and carpet was dirty. Otherwise not bad. At $50 a night though wasn't bad.
