Good value. Not the best place to stay, but good value for price.

average It was very clean and cozy. We were disappointed in the nonsmoking room to find burn homes in the blanket and counter tops. There was also a few holes where someone had punched the wall. I can say the room did not smell of smoke though.

Room wasn't bad for the price. The breakfast was only coffee and muffins which was disappointing

meh this really is a place you'd want to stay only a night. it's not terrible but my room felt like it was falling apart and there was this yellow stain on the counter in my room.
GOOD VALUE OVERALL Drove to KC for a musical and need a place to stay after. Everything was good just as posted. Glad it worked out as I am a little picky about how the place is run and kept up. Extended stay was better than not bad, it was a good value overall.
Sad but convenient Don't have much positive to say about this place except the price and location were right. The room was so basic that it didn't even have cups in it, let alone accessories like shampoo. The coffee at the Grab and Go breakfast was see through like tea, and the exterior of the complex looked disheveled and unloved.If not for the fact that it was in a perfect location near I-35, I would have said the decision to stay here was a disaster.
Would stay again! Got what we paid for. Nice neighborhood, basic room. Would have liked more options for breakfast and needed a coffeemaker for our room but other than that it was decent.
Great stay this week! I had a great time at Extended Stay in Merriam, KS. The staff were pleasant, and even when we had some confusion on Thursday night, the staff handled it well. Thanks!
