Happy Customer I will have to say my initial contact with the staff wasnt very pleasant at all. But i have to say the manager Chris went out of his way to correct the problem. Maintenance and housekeeping were very very kind and helpful. I stayed at extended stay for 1 week and was extremely happy with my stay at this chain. nice The rooms were nice. The bed comfortable but the breakfast and coffee was disgusting. Dry muffins hard granola bars.

Wouldn't hesitate to stay again. For the price we paid it was definitely a nice stay. My only issue was the lack of cleanliness- there was hairs along the bathtub, bathroom sink wasnt wiped down, dead cricket in the bathroom light fixture. Overall it was decent. The sheets and bed were clean and staff was, for the most part, friendly.
Nice Good location and clean in the inside close the the sporting event and the highway access
You can see they care. I have stayed in this hotel three times previous. It fit what I needed. No late loud party noise, nothing wrong. I am always allergic to the residual smoke. Not this time. The highway was blocked by a big hill. Safe and secure on the back side. Thank you staff/management!
Too much hassle No dishes or cookware in the room. Had to ask for plates and silverware at the front desk. They did not have the room I booked, so they down graded me and did not offer refund of any kind. I paid for a larger room than I got. The room was an ok room, but not worth the cost or the hassle. I chose extended stay so I could saveone on eating, then could not take advantage of the kitchenette. No ice or iceven maker in the fridge. Not worth the cost. We could have stayed as comfortably at a Super 8.
