I left after observing unsafe room conditions. #174 Mice droppings all along the floor near door and window, with a hole clear to the outside at the side bottom side panel next to door where mice must come in. Food in the kitchen sink just sitting in the drain. Floor hadn't been cleaned because the mice droppings would not have been there. Unhealthy, unclean and unsafe to stay in those room conditions. Meh. Room was in stages of disrepair. Drawers without bottoms, nicotine stains, smelled of smoke, and they didn’t have pots & pans available.

I didn’t stay here, I made the reservation here on Expedia and the hotel already had it cancelled when I showed up. Had to find a different hotel.

The facility needs to be updated. Room was relatively clean but lacked the essentials. We booked a room with a queen bed and a sleeper sofa. There was no bedding for the sleeper sofa.

Heater didn’t work. It was dirty my sheets were from the people before. No remote, no tolite paper had to use Kleenex. People outside screaming all hours of the night and someone kept trying to open my door and was yelling into my door. I’m a woman that was there alone.

Checked in for 5 minutes and saw 3 huge full grown roaches. Had to leave
