Ok for the price Hotel was out dated and walls were dirty.
Homestead KC Shawnee Excellent Hotel! Well kept and comfortable. Will stay again.
Impressed Very impressed, I hope to return. The only dislike was that the heater control had the knobs and markings removed so I couldn't control the heat very well. Need to provide a pair of pliers to work what remained of the controls.
great location and price did not realize it was an extended stay hotel when we booked for just the night but the fact that we were traveling in december it could have turned into a good thing with the weather forecasted for the weekend will definitely look for this type again and maybe make it a weekend stay being able to have kitchen there and not having to pay restaurant prices
Budget Price, Budget Quality Great location to get to my meeting next day. Plus, if you need it, is a kitchen. Minus is highway and railroad noise, and overall lower quality in furniture, fixtures and amentities.
Merriam KS convenient location The room was clean, the staff friendly. My only complaint is the mattress was substandard and not overly comfortable. I always inspect for bed bugs and while doing so I discovered a sheet of strand board was placed between the mattress and the box springs. I suspect it was there to eliminate a sag in the bed...the room needed a better bed. Also, while the room was very clean the door was ajar when first I entered.
Home away from home. No shower head in shower but was replaced by the next day.
There was NO coffeemaker. Cabinets seem to be falling apart. Some of the pillows were ripped. Whatever floor cleaner they used was sticky. Had to pay extra to stream movies from my own device and a service I pay for? The property seemed a little sketchy.
