We resered a handicapped accessible room. I tried valling but the phone number was to the national reservation line. When we arrived there was no handicap accessible room and no first floor room available. We were turned away. I am working with Expedia for a refund.

This was the dirtiest place I have ever stayed in and rented a 2 Queen room and got a 1 bed and 1 pull out bed. The lady was very nice but couldn't do anything about it. I called the manager the next morning and a full refund was given but being so dirty is uncalled for.
Dirt on the floor, cabinets in disrepair, dents in refrigerator (didn't even open it but guessing that would have been an adventure), shower/tub had dirty grout and was generally just gross. Despite being a non-smoking property, the room smelled like smoke. When we returned to our room in the evening, the power was out. That was the last straw and we moved to a new hotel.
