Completely upset Paid for hotel for my mother for family reunion. Hotel issues a single bed when we wanted a double. Charged my mother $100 and then was unable to refund it to her at departure. Plumbing problem with room. This was the worse I have ever had to deal with.

Poorly Maintained Hotel Broken auto glass in the parking lot. Filthy elevator. Damaged walls in hallways. Electrical outlets in the kitchen area did not work. Bathroom counter badly scratched. Coffee pots had to be exchanged twice because they did not work. The mattress was good.

It was really dirty.. The hall way smelled .. The room smelled like dog .. The air did not work...

find somewhere else the room itself was fine, but morning I checked out 8 vehicles were vandalized, there no security cameras in parking lot ( even though sign saying there is) windshield was busted out along with stolen items, there also a senseless deposit you have to pay and wont get back for 3 days.. find somewhere else if you want to be secure!
Need work I have been to many extended day America hotels. This was the worst. Carpet, furniture was soiled bathroom was falling apart, and the kitchen area had insects constantly. For me to return to this hotel in the future it would need a lot of work.

Not recommended The room was dirty and had to be cleaned, the quality of service was mediocre, the hotel amenities are sub par, The hotel location was good. They have a breakfast bar. I would think they would at least offer coffee available all day for those who may need a pick me up when arriving etc. And a dog area with bags for people to pick up after their dog.
never vacumed the halls all the time we were there I have never had to put a deposit on a room in my life. They wanted a $100.00 deposit cash or credit card charge. And you would get it back when you checked out. What do they think you are going to do steal the t v .I will not go back to this place!!!!!!
Terrible Requested non-smoking queen, got super smoking double bed (would not switched, hotel full?), charged deposit amount upon check in (new employee error - 3-5 days until refunded), toilet broke, air conditioner went out in the middle of the night, breakfast is a joke (2 apples left at 8:30 am). No dishes (cups for water?). Room and hotel = filthy, stains on carpet. Front desk staff unprofessional (all 3 ladies). If we hadn't of prepaid - we would have left. Very bad.
