may not stay again My kids and I needed a room for the night due to water issues at home. This was located exactly where I needed it to be but there are some areas of needed improvement. It was in the evening when we got there. We stood for about 5 mins without service until the gaurd, who was reading, finally told me to bang on the desk as they may be in the laundry room. The hotel was filthy, the hall carpet leading to the rooms were filthy, bags of trash stood pilled up in hall way near elevator. My room had to be switched because it was so nasty the microwave had mold in it & it had greasy finger marks on the number buttons the refrigerator was nasty with smudges all over it & dirt in the seams where you open it. basically the whole room was dirty floor included. disappointed I was very disappointed i had stayed at this place before and had never tought of how bad it has gotten. dont recommend at all.
Not Impressed The "non-smoking" room we were given smelled strongly of smoke. Three of three wall lamps were burned out. We arranged for another room where there was smoking across the hall - smoke became very evident in the evening. The doorway to the hall had a frame that was wider toward the bottom. This allowed one to potentially peer in to the room from the hall.

This "hotel" did not provide: Crib for an infant Floor bed for a toddler Skin lotion Tissues Shampoo, conditioner Worse yet: There were loud music playing and voice and the staff only took action after 3 calls to the front desk.

Dirty hotel, area reception broken counters my experience of this hotel was very badthe receptionist was not a knowledgeable about his work performancehe could not read what the managers computer system was a schedule for uswe did not get the room with two beds we also got a smokin and the room was terrible dirty there was no way I would ever still recommend this hotel at all we did had a very bad experience and it was very frustrating for us since we could not accommodate our self another hotel due to being so busy in July
