Not recommended The room was dirty and had to be cleaned, the quality of service was mediocre, the hotel amenities are sub par, The hotel location was good. They have a breakfast bar. I would think they would at least offer coffee available all day for those who may need a pick me up when arriving etc. And a dog area with bags for people to pick up after their dog.
never vacumed the halls all the time we were there I have never had to put a deposit on a room in my life. They wanted a $100.00 deposit cash or credit card charge. And you would get it back when you checked out. What do they think you are going to do steal the t v .I will not go back to this place!!!!!!
Terrible Requested non-smoking queen, got super smoking double bed (would not switched, hotel full?), charged deposit amount upon check in (new employee error - 3-5 days until refunded), toilet broke, air conditioner went out in the middle of the night, breakfast is a joke (2 apples left at 8:30 am). No dishes (cups for water?). Room and hotel = filthy, stains on carpet. Front desk staff unprofessional (all 3 ladies). If we hadn't of prepaid - we would have left. Very bad.

Not worth half what I paid. Mold in the shower, mattresses dead and squeeky, and paper thin sheets. The "Grab and Go" breakfast was granola bars. Never again!

Bad news! The hallways & carpets were dirty! The room was so bare-bones, & maid service was $20 extra! I didn't expect a lot b/c my rate was $64 per night, but this was my worst hotel experience ever!
DO NOT STAY HERE! I booked a room at this Extended Stay location because it was the only hotel in KC that had a room available. Upon arriving to the hotel, it appeared to be nice. Once we went into the hotel, it was HOT because the air was broken. The carpet in the halls were dirty and stained, and had a horrible odor. The room was clean for the most part. Yucky!!!! The hallways were dirty and stained. Opened up the door to the room and it smelled horrible. Turned the air on immadiately. When we got into bed, there was crumbs, dirty, and the worse thing ever.......a nasty used bandaid!!! Never again!!!

Nice location, but hotel needs a facelift The only good thing about this hotel was its location. It is right next to the freeway, so commuting to any place is easy. The breakfast is pretty much what you get at any extended stay, however the fruits provided never looked fresh.
