Bad experience I have stayed at Extended Stay America before in the chicago area and it was great. this place was terrible. the phone did not work and the desk person told me they would be down in a minute with a new phone but never got to do it in 1/5 hrs. there was n o help for him. he was the only person there.Next there is no way to get a cup of coffee there unless it is am 6-9 gave me a coffee pot with coffee but no cream, did not ask me what I needed and so late I didn't care. at 10 pm I discovered I had no glass in th... read more

Not Again Not the cleanest place and the people that are residents there are not the most friendly or trust worthy. I was honestly worried about my car and decided to have food delivered instead of leaving from behind my locked door for dinner.

Omg...wow...never again It took forever to check in! The desk clerk was rude! They said they would send up extra pillows and never did we had to go get them from the desk clerk(yes same rude one!) The bed was ungodly uncomfortable!! The floor would have been softer!!! And their breakfast...wow...cold coffee stale muffins and a few granola bars.... I will never stay here again!!

may not stay again My kids and I needed a room for the night due to water issues at home. This was located exactly where I needed it to be but there are some areas of needed improvement. It was in the evening when we got there. We stood for about 5 mins without service until the gaurd, who was reading, finally told me to bang on the desk as they may be in the laundry room. The hotel was filthy, the hall carpet leading to the rooms were filthy, bags of trash stood pilled up in hall way near elevator. My room had to be switched because it was so nasty the microwave had mold in it & it had greasy finger marks on the number buttons the refrigerator was nasty with smudges all over it & dirt in the seams where you open it. basically the whole room was dirty floor included. disappointed I was very disappointed i had stayed at this place before and had never tought of how bad it has gotten. dont recommend at all.

Not Impressed The "non-smoking" room we were given smelled strongly of smoke. Three of three wall lamps were burned out. We arranged for another room where there was smoking across the hall - smoke became very evident in the evening. The doorway to the hall had a frame that was wider toward the bottom. This allowed one to potentially peer in to the room from the hall.
