Great place to stay in southern KC Great place reasonable price and located in a nice area close to highways

Could have been better Room wasn’t alright but had no phone, no trash cans, had to ask for those myself Pillows were small and inadequate The fridge wasn’t plugged in when I got there, microwave was old, we didn’t have any chairs for the table Also the faucet on the shower wasn’t fully attached Overall a bit of a let down In addition the floors were super sticky and I had to put down a towel to walk on them

Loud Doors slamming, people yelling Had to get the key card recoded several times

Nice experience first room heat didn't work. They had to move us. Bath tub was very dirty.

hotel stay Overall my stay wasn't that bad all the staff seemed friendly exception of one front desk person young lady i wish i knew her name, she was rude didn't smile never gave any eye contact horrible representation of the hotel. My room was comfortable and clean, but the lobby was dirty, doors had a lot of smudges and finger prints that were not cleaned my whole stay, the front desk was smudgy with finger prints all over it elevator doors look the same way, so the front appearance of the hotel was not very inviting no f... read more
