Nice experience first room heat didn't work. They had to move us. Bath tub was very dirty.

hotel stay Overall my stay wasn't that bad all the staff seemed friendly exception of one front desk person young lady i wish i knew her name, she was rude didn't smile never gave any eye contact horrible representation of the hotel. Outdated technology detracts from experience Staff was very friendly and professional. I have 2 complaints and they have to do with technology. 1.The free wifi is dial-up speed and while an alternative is available at a price, the service provided for free is not comparable with other hotels who provide free internet. 2. Digital TV, but only analog channels are offered for viewing. They were blurry and suffered from reception issues.

Repeat stay impressions I have stayed here before. Quality of room fine. Bedding clean and comfortable. I appreciated that the bedding was a light spread rather than a hot and heavy comforter found in many hotels. Adequate work space and slots for plug ins. Travelers simply need to remember to bring own hair dryer and alarm device. Can ask for hair dryer, but no automated alarm system through desk and they may or may not remember to call you. The staff was amazing. Very helpful and friendly. My room was right next to where people went outside to smoke so my room did not smell that great but other than that everything else was great.
