If you love roaches in EVERY room offered (I inspected two other rooms after finding one IN MY BED, all infested) or crackheads strolling around the parking lot staring as you remove valuables from your vehicle, then you'll love this place. Was denied a refund because the manager trains staff to only give a night even though I was there for 1 day out of my 3 night stay, AFTER PAYING 100$ DEPOSIT TO SLEEP WITH ROACHES

The room was old, the furniture was old and worn, the refrigerator looked like it was acquired from a pawn shop that sells damaged appliances.

My room was not cleaned properly. The toilet was dirty and the tub had a lot of hair in the drain. I had to wipe the entire room down with wipes and OMG the wipes were so dirty from all the dirt in the room. Also upon entering the hotel, the front desk guy was very unprofessional. He was cursing and saying that he hated his job and he don't get paid enough to clean the floors. I had to go buy linen for my bed because I wasn't sleeping on those sheets. I was so upset and will never stay here again.

Our NON SMOKING room had an overwhelming smoke odor & burn more all over the bed sheets. The bathtub faucet was held together by tape & dripped all night. Front desk stated they had breakfast until 9:30am. I went to the lobby at 8:40am to find food wrappers & empty used coffee cups scattered on the counter. No food available & 2 empty coffee pots. I asked the desk if it was going to be refilled. They said “no because it closes in under an hour so there’s no point”.

FILTHY The room was completely filthy, and the lobby was not much better. I never write reviews of places, but I could not let this go unwritten. It was as if the room hadn’t been cleaned at all. I understand it is an extended stay and damages may be done, but this was just dirty. There was hair all over the shower, including a clump on the drain. The floor was sticky with pop or something spilled all over it, as well as on the walls. If it were stained on that would be one thing, but it was easily wiped off with the Clorox ... read more
