Staff was fine, night clerk was very kind, my flight was delayed 3 times so I didn’t arrive until 2am all I wanted was sleep but had to wait 2 hours for my room because their system was in audit mode. Really that my only complaint everything was average but the “continental breakfast” was a lie
No help at the desk
Hallway is a bit smelly. There's no room service unless you stay over a week.
I liked the location and the price were great. I didn't like the condition of a chair in our room. I didn't like all of the out order machines in the workout room. I didn't like one table and one chair in the breakfast room; there should have been at least two tables with two chairs each. I didn't like the absence of coffee outside of the breakfast hours.

Don't stay at an Extended Stay America Suites I arrived 1 day early and the hotel would not rent a room for the night. I ended up leaving 1 day early and the hotel would refund 1 night. The hotel did not serve breakfast. Based on the above facts, I will never stay at an Extended Stay America Suites again.

I don’t recommend The only thing good about this hotel was the friendly staff. Lots of mold in shower, nail sticking up from floor that tripped on a few times. You have to take all of your dirty towels downstairs and exchange them for a new set every time you need more. They don’t change your sheets unless you stay there for over a week.. you have to throw out your own trash. And there’s never any grabbing go breakfast. Nothing is unique. I changed my dates of stay with expedia i have an email. I called the hotel to verify my change!! They gave me the dates that i chanved it to and it matched. The day before arrival i called again an ask for.early check in. They said no but had appt then.
