Cigarette smell was horrible!!! Was not an old cigarette smell left by last person it was the rooms near us that their continuous smoking was getting through our bathroom vent !!!

No sleep in Lawton The room was clean and put together. Bed was way more firm than we like. Everything was functional. But we heard every noise from outside, people slamming doors all throughout the night, can hear people walking above our room, people running up and down halls all night. Had a hard time sleeping due to hearing everything and disrespectful guests in and out all hours of the night.

Prison treatment !! With granola breakfast !! Our breakfast is advertised on all platforms as a grab n go which consists of muffins etc, all in room utensils, plates etc are available for free upon request. There are signs in each rooms kitchen which shows what is available and how to request them.

Expedia did the hard part for me and booked everything for me. The boy that was at the front desk would not accept my Oregon Real ID. Even tho I had my old ID, birth certificate, SScard- and several pieces of mail with my identical information. He just said,” that’s our policy ma’am” it was midnight when I eventually was able to find another hotel to take me in.
