I was on the second floor and the people in the room over me had a habit of stomping on the floor around 11 pm each night. Hard to get a good night’s sleep

I won't be coming back again- When we got there, the lights aren't working, the chairs leather are ripped, bathroom fixtures are rusty and the bathtub drain is clogged. I feel so uneasy because overall the room is dirty so does the carpet. We ended up checking out earlier than expected. Front desk is not too welcomy but it's okay. Also, this hotel advertised a free breakfast which consisted of coffee from the small room and you have to go grab your muffin or granula bar at the front desk.

Walls are very thin. Heard babies crying and dogs barking throughout the night. Beds were noisy and made our backs hurt.

Bed bugs Check in was smooth. Once we got to the room we left our luggage and left for dinner. Once we got back we noticed both beds were dirty and had bed bugs. Both beds had what looked like bodily fluids. I took pictures to show front desk. We were told we were welcome to check out. Claiming they had no other available rooms. We had to find another place to stay at 11pm.

We paid for a hotel that provided free breakfast just for them to have no breakfast so I didn’t get what I paid for.
