Wasn’t able to check in early. Arrived at 215 and had to wait until 3. Was told if I checked in early and would be charged $50. Not a fan. Also if you needed additional blankets or towels you would be charged. If you left trash outside your door you’d be charged. Be careful with the extra fees at this place. Very disappointed!!!

My room smell like smoke. There was bugs in the bathroom floor. The furniture in the room look like cat got to it. Trash the arm and the cushions. The cable did not work properly. When i went to see if they receptionist can explain to me how to fix it. They said it happens. Give it a few hours it "might" turn back on.

I am not one to ever complain, but my experience at Extended Stay America was extremely disappointing. My room was damp and moldy, and despite our request to switch rooms, we were not allowed to. Maintenance came in to try to fix the issue, but with no luck. Our beds and everything in the room got damp. I ended up getting sick, coughing, and throwing up, so we had to switch to another local hotel. We had multiple rooms, and none of our other coworkers had a wet, mildewy, moldy room. They wouldn't let me stay because I didn't have my i.d. but the person whose name the room was in had one and I can't get the money back on my card so I can stay anywhere else so I am out in the outside tonight for no reason

There wasn't anything hot breakfast or any cleaning services. The website claim it comes with all these additional amenities but it's like you're only paying to sleep there so it's basically false advertisement. Which was annoying.

Advertise free breakfast on website but not not have. 1 day they did have muffins and cereal bars at the front desk. Also because I booked on a website and I checked out a day earlier than plan I could not be refunded by the hotel when asked at the front desk.
