Won’t stay at this chain again! I filled out too many forms for a single night stay at a hotel. I felt like I was having to join the army again. The hostess that waited on me was cold and unfriendly, somebody I would not want to talk to you again.

The room was not ready for rental. The range was taken apart as well as a thermostat for the ac also the old filter for the ac was on the floor next to the bed. This place also has a lot of restrictions. They also charge for maid service extra towels ect. I will NEVER stay at one of these properties AGAIN.

The hotel was close to the base which was a place. The problem was even though we booked 2 beds when we got there they said they only had a room with one available. There was 4 people staying in this room. They offered to bring a roll away bed, but apparently they were out of those also. It was too late to find another place to stay at that point. Very very basic hotel. Nothing fluffy. You get what you pay for. Nothing accommodating about the facility or staff. I got assigned to an occupied room, and the staff was very off putting.

You guys overbooked the hotel and I didn’t even get the room. I was dropped off there by an Uber. I had to walk a mile to get another room. Horrible experience

Two of their staff members were extremely rude, cut you off when speaking, tell you its not there problem, refuse to offer solutions, only worried about playing on their phones, horrid attitudes. The hotel only offered 2 towel changes for 5 nights. If you wanted more $10. You have to take your own trash out to dumpster or pay $10. If you want clean bedding or towels you have to lug dirty ones to front desk to get new ones yourself. None of the hand sanitizer stations had anything in them.
