We did not get the right request made on line!!! And that request was not made even after calling the hotel in advance!! Also we we're awakened the next morning at 8.15 am. for housekeeping because she was told we had checked!!Bad stay & would like a refund!! Matt Snow

Extended Stay Was not impressed Room had a odd smell to it very bare and basic glad we only stayed 1 night

Crummy Room smelled like smoke and old cologne. Comforter had a big stain.
Close to UK college, but won't stay again. Many items subpar (space, microwave, etc.). Maybe we didn't understand the "extended stay" portion, but disappointed that we had to truck to the office to get clean towels. And some of those towels should have been pulled for rags. Sad. Microwave was not clean, some food present and had to clean ourselves. Coffee maker not supplied, was an additional cost. And there were no dishes, utensils or cooking ware. Will never stay here again.

Absolutely horrible. The tub was ancient and permanently stained. The refrigerator was at least 20 years old and the fan in the freezer ran all day and night so loudly that it was impossible to sleep.

Looks good from outside Non smoking room smells tobacco; cleaniness terrible: there were insects; found used towels and socks in a drawer and garbage in the can under the basin; "sofa" was broken and imposible to seat; faucet of the shower dropping water permanently. Room cleaning does not exist or may be is once in a while. "Continental breakfast" as the staff told me at check in is just a good joke!

Adding to the bottom tier of my hotel experiences If you like decrepit conditions, walls so poorly insulated you don't need to turn on your TV to hear every word, think no room service is ideal, you will love this place! Otherwise, skip it and avoid a less than mediocre experience.
very bad Room and bedding was dirty with holes in the sheets. Bathroom was old and rusted with mold on shower curtain. definitely not worth the money I had to pay because of something going on in Lexington every thing else was sold out.
