Should be rated 1.5 stars We expected more for what we paid. The room was run down and smelled of stale smoke despite being advertised as non-smoking. The dresser was broken. The "on the go" breakfast was extremely minimal. We stayed 3 nights and the room was not cleaned at all.

There is a reason it is cheap My 11 night stay was very underwhelming. No frills. Never changed my bedding in 11 days. If you wanted anything changed or clean towels you had to ask for it. You had to throw out your own trash. Their idea of breakfast is packaged muffins and packets of oatmeal and coffee which you had to walk back to your room as there is no place to sit. Not so efficient extended stay I was very disappointed in this hotel. Although they have renovated the bathrooms,and painted, the beds are horrible and the bed linens cheap. You don't get maid service daily and despite having an efficiency kitchen there are no plates, cups,utensils. No coffee maker, no hair dryer. Our first room reeked of smoke despite being a non smoking hotel. They accommodated our request to move but overall the place just seems dirty and gross.

worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The hotel looked decent from the Lexington bypass, but that was the only good thing about hotel. There were bugs around refrigerator . There was only 1 set of towels and wash cloths. There were two of us. The freezer had left over ice cream in it. It was supposed to be a non smoking hotel, but you could smell that the room had been smoked in. It was very noisy. advertised breakfast. They had 2 rolls and a pot of regular coffee.I would not recommend this hotel to my worst enemy.

Never stay here! Usually I'm ok staying at Extended America EXCEPT this location. This place was completely terrible. I stayed here for 5 nights. 3 nights I could not sleep well due to the noise from my neighbors. Walls are too thin to hear even neighbor's snooze!!! Also, when I was locked out from the room and asked the front lady the new key, she even did not confirm my name to create new key for me. Means, everyone could have created a key to room! So dangerous!! NEVER stay here!

Go somewhere else The outside of this place is absolutely filthy. Despite no smoking signs, place was littered with butts. People just stood outside their doors and smoked. The smell of cigarettes would come in through the bathroom vent. I had to buy candles and Febreeze. Loud occupants everywhere outside listening to loud music and partying. Hard to sleep. I should have turned around and left when I first pulled up and saw three sketchy guys drinking 40's out front...
