reliable accommodations we have stayed here several times , never had a problem...very consistent

No smoking ... that's a joke! Even though this was a smoke free hotel, the smell of cigarette smoke was awful. Previous occupants of my room must have been smoking no-stop. Front desk provided some spray but it didn't help. Even my clothes and personal items smelled bad when I left.

Nice place Room was a little small, and need parking for cars with trailers.

Keeneland trip There were a few minor maintenance issues among the five rooms we occupied, but nothing major. The property sits right next to a busy highway. There are lots of restaurants in the area. Keeneland and the airport are within 10 minutes’ drive.

We were very pleasantly surprised at how clean and comfortable our room was. All the amenities you need when traveling. Very quiet. Hot water with good pressure. It made our trip much more relaxing by having a place like home.

Great Stay My stay was great. Staff was awesome. I stayed for 8 days and i loved the area. My only concern was there was no housekeeping to clean the room. But overall...everything was great.

Number 1 choice to stay in Lexington Everything is always great with our stay here. If it weren't, the wonderful staff promptly makes it the best possible.

Despite a no smoking policy, I got a room that was obviously smoked in. Only 1 night stay, so not a huge deal, but will ask to inspect room before staying.
