We were only there for one night after a day at Keeneland. Was convenient for our one night stay.

The staff was very friendly but the room was average to below average. The bathroom was clean but the towels are small. The queen bed seemed clean but the sheets didn't seem to fit properly or were too small. The A/C worked fine but I froze because the sheets were too small and paper thin.

Not one of the better Extended Stay Motels Room was clean and pest-free. Bed was very spongy. The AC unit didn't work very well -- the room was hot when off, then very cold for the 2-3 minutes when the unit was running. For the price, I expected nicer conditions. I booked the room a few weeks in advance of our stay, however there was noticing else available in Lexington for a comparable price.

The room was clean However, under the bed was old food and dirty paper plates.

Positive but noisy where we were located This hotel was a great location , clean ,with good amenities. The only down side was that we were located by the elevator and so it was very noisy with people coming and going and found sleeping difficult . I would ask for a room away from these e its next time. The kitchenette was nice but didn't have any utensils , dishes or pans to use .
